Video Production

Stephanie led the end-to-end coordination and production of the Embrace Encore video project, beginning with collaborating closely with subject-matter experts to create a preliminary spec video that helped guide the Loch & Key Production’s storyboard development. She scheduled and organized the full video shoot, aligning availability between the experts and the production team, while also gathering and preparing all necessary assets and materials used during filming. On site, she worked directly with the videographers and photographers to capture both video footage and still images needed for the final edit as well as for the supporting landing page. Following the shoot, she partnered with Loch & Key throughout the editing and proofing process to ensure the final video met project goals and quality standards. Once completed, she managed the final delivery and uploading of the finished video to the Eastman YouTube channel.
